"I have a 54 y/o male patient, heavy smoker, aorto-iliac occlusive disease, bilateral intermittent claudication. Evaluated for suspected TIA; MRA showed incidental occlusive disease of descending thoracic aorta. . . Should he continue with best medical therapy and optimisation of BP or should a thoracic stent be considered?"
